Papaya & Pineapple Smoothie

Tangy and crunchy pineapple and sweet and soft papaya might sound contrasting, but they are a perfect combination for a delicious smoothie! Besides it tasting like a tropical volcano (a good one) in my mouth, it is crazy healthy and low in calories. Try it out and if you enjoy it don't forget to share it.



  1. Mix all ingredients together; put the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Put in a cup and refrigerate for 8+ minutes.
  3. Serve with cinnamon or mixed seeds on top for more nutrients.
