Red Smoothie

This smoothie is perfectly sweet, not too little, not too much. It has a beautiful flavour to it. You will just need to take sip, after sip and get more hooked with each mouthful. And what can be better than getting hooked on healthy sips!!



  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you are satisfied.
  2. Place the blended smoothie in a glass. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and then add 1/3 cup of seeds and nuts.
  3. Benefits: good for blood circulation.
