Sweet Potato, Courgette & Walnut loaf Recipe

Ingredients

Direction

  1. Chop all ingredients into desired shapes
  2. Heat 1 1/2 oil in a saucepan. Stir fry the chopped vegan walnut loaf and garlic clove until the walnut loaf has soaked in the garlic flavour
  3. Use the remaining oil to oil a baking tray
  4. Mix all ingredients (including stir fried walnut loaf pieces) and place them into the tray
  5. Cover up the tray with a cling film or baking lead and bake for 30-45 minutes @180 degrees
  6. Remove ingredients from tray and serve as desired
