Vegan Rice Potato Cakes
These rice cakes are absolutely delicious and have crunchy crust with light, moist interiors. They are lovely low fat vegetable entrees or lunch and are great served hot or cold. Nice for a picnic or served in a burger.
- Preheat the oven.
- Mix all ingredients until the dough is stuck together.
- Scoop the amount of dough that you want, shape it into your desired shape and place the dough on to a very well-oiled baking sheet.
- Bake for 9 minutes (180 degrees celsius)
- Flip the cake and bake until golden brown, approximately 8 minutes Serve as desired. (makes about 5-7 small round cakes)
